This last weekend we attended Brett's Great Grandpa Morgan's funeral. Brett's middle name is named after Grandpa Morgan and he is someone we truly loved and admired.
Grandpa Morgan loved rocks and was known for making jewelry and always wearing bolo ties that he had made. As a tribute to his work, all the men at the funeral wore and kept a bolo tie that grandpa made. He had a ton!
Brett and Chad were pallbearers, and Brett dedicated the grave.
Great Grandpa Morgan served in World War II and they paid tribute to his service.

Chad and Brett in their bolo ties. Chad was best man at his friends wedding that day, so he was driving back and forth a lot between the wedding and funeral.
What a comfort it is to know that families are eternal and that we will one day see him again. What a blessing it was to have known Great Grandpa Morgan and all that he did for the family.
