Crafts

I have had some people ask me about the crafts I have made recently, so here is a post to update on what I have done. Now I am not a big crafter, but because I had a month where I couldn't work (when I had to wait for my license to go through) I had a lot of free time on my hands. So without further ado, please enjoy.

I thought these earrings were cute on Etsy so I learned how to make them and have made like 2 or 3 pairs now. (These aren't mine but I don't have a picture of mine so this will have to do)

I have been etching our glass pans with our name so we won't lose them at potlucks etc.

This was originally a dry erase wipe board but fell and the glass broke :( So I made it into a photo board instead....

And this is the new dry erase wipe board that now matches the photo board haha

I started making bean bags of the alphabet lower case, upper case and numbers. I figure by the time I finish we might have a kid, which will be in like 3 years..... Yeah it's taking me forever to work on. Stupid sewing machine!!

These frames change for the season.

Brett helped me redo this cheap clock from Walmart. He took it apart, I made it pretty and then he put it back together.

I was sick of our ugly non matching magnets and the fact that they didn't hold ANYTHING up. So I went to Downeast and bought these clear glass coins and modge podged fabric on the back and now we have more than enough magnets, they match and they actually hold things up really well. Yeah!

My sister inspired me to make this:

It is our name out of things you see everyday, light posts, a river, a window, bridge etc. When I sent it to get printed, the picture got messed up a little bit, so I am going to reprint it at Costco again, but this will do for now. This picture is now sitting in our new hutch! Yep that is a story in itself....
