Elder Burton

Jason came home from Chile a couple of weeks ago! It is weird to think he is home, and that there won't be any missionaries in the family for a long time. Brett's parents and Chad went to get him and enjoyed touring around Chile for a week.  We welcomed him home with decorating the yard and house for him. I made some tie cookies and we ordered a cute missionary cookie cake from Fred Meyer. It was a fun excuse to hang out with our family and friends for the last few weekends.

Jason with his friends right after he was released.

Showing Jason some pictures of our house on the computer.

After his homecoming talk we ate lots and had people over. I forgot to take pictures so here are some random candid shots from grandma. I discovered she has a ton of crazy candid shots from the last few years on her phone that I will later dedicate a post to.

Bored out of our minds because we don't know any of Jason's friends.....

Last but not least, we had to take super awkward family photos now that Jason has returned. Grandma snapped this one of us that I think is hilarious. I will post some family pictures when we receive them, but in all honestly this sums up the Burton's pretty well.
