Disney World Part One

After all the Pillsbury events and the Martha Stewart show, we went to Disney World. Here are a few pictures from the first two days.

Waiting in line for the Buzz Lightyear Ride.

The pictures after the rides always crack me up!

After G and I did Splash Mountain.

I promise G was next to me. During the big drop he got so nervous he was hugging the bar and disappeared in the picture!

The biggest learning lesson of this trip was how long it takes to get into Disney World. I knew Disney World was huge, but did not comprehend it until after this trip. After parking and taking a shuttle into the ticket park, then you take a ferry or monorail into the actual park. It took us an hour just to enter the park with all the stops and waiting for transportation. We decided Disneyland is a little more manageable for little kids, just because Disney World is so big, and it's hard to see everything. We did four days there, and it definitely was not enough! Now that I have been I would recommend a week minimum.

Here we are on the ferry.

This was the Beauty and the Beast show at the Hollywood Studios Park.

They had some incredible shows throughout all the parks! My favorite's were Finding Nemo  and The Festival of the Lion King which both were at the Animal Kingdom. (There is a 30 second video that kind of shows what the performance was like for the Lion King)

Seriously they were amazing and kept our attention the whole time! I was so impressed with the performers. All of them sang, danced and performed live and they were all very talented.

We tried to get a picture of us with C-3PO but someone walked into our picture haha

They had a Jedi training program outside of the ride. Darth Vader then showed up and fought all the kids. It was funny to watch!

Part two coming soon. Then I am done posting about our trip, I promise.
