Barry's Funeral

Just to be fair, there are a ton of pictures on this post. Be forewarned.

Grandma and Ken came to the funeral.

Pictures and memorabilia from Barry's life.

Barry was a huge BYU fan. Robby Bosco was in their ward and had Bronco Mendenhall sign a ball for Barry when he heard about the cancer. He also had a ball signed by former BYU player Dennis Pitta.

I love Miss H's hair!

Dad reading the program to G.

E insisted on sharing a chair with Brett. This is how he chose to sit when sharing!

Watching the slideshow that was put together about Barry .

Mom sharing her thoughts. They had people grab a rose and share a memory they had with Barry. We then placed the roses on his casket afterwards.

Folding the flag to give to Sherry.

 The gun salute.

Presenting the flag to Sherry.

Putting our roses on the casket.

 E with Uncle Brett.

 Someone was cold and tired!

Then they had BYU colored balloons to send off to Barry in heaven. The grandkids wrote him special messages which I thought was a really neat idea.

 Mom and Aunt Candace together.

Doesn't this picture just make you think of the song "Sisters" from White Christmas?

We will miss you Uncle Barry.
