Christmas/Birthday

Here is our brief rundown of Christmas/New Years:

-My parents drove down to Provo because they are nice :)
-Brett got the sickness I had and beat my record by throwing up 8 hours straight
-We enjoyed time with my family and got lots of fun gifts
-We ate lots of Lon's Cookin Shack which I loved
-After Christmas we hit up some good sales and used our new gift cards (Banana Republic everything was an additional 50% !)
-I got to see my dog Rudy who I love so much

-I gave Brett a hair cut for the 1st time ever with the new set we were given from Santa

-We went and visited Brett's family

-I saw New Moon with the girls and the whole family saw Invictus

-Brett played in a basketball tournament even though he was still very sick and weak

All in all it was a nice break from our normal routine. We could sleep in, relax, and eat lots :)

Here are some highlights from my Birthday:

-My patient showed up for his appointment (It was a Birthday Miracle! Most of my patients do not come....)
-I got cookies from Ali and Chelsea. Then Michelle and Chelsea got me a gift card to one of my favorite stores Thanks guys!
-Brett had to work for the night but had came home during the day and left me a rose with a cute note for me to find when I got home.
-I had dinner at my sister's with her family and my brother. Brett got off work earlier than usual so he got to hang out with everyone for the tail end of things.
- We went to Brett's grandma's and had dinner on Friday. We got LOTS of root beer and more gifts (from Christmas and for my Birthday) We had not seen her in a lot time because she has been very sick from a surgery she recently had so it was good to see her

-Brett's mom got me this new Ice Cream Maker and I love it! We have already made a few treats

-I got these new jeans for my birthday (Thanks Brett!) for a GREAT deal

-We are planning on using our Birthday mailer for a free meal at Tucanos sometime next week. When we tried to go today it was way to crazy since it's a Saturday. So till next time!

Last but not least I finally charged my camera (which needed to be done months ago) and found this picture:
We had gone to Cornbellys at Thanksgiving point back in October for the corn maze thanks to Brett's grandma. We took this picture and our camera then died and I never posted about it. So thanks for taking us out to dinner and getting us into the Maze! It's pretty sad I am posting about it 4 months later.
