A lot has happened since our last post. Here is a recap of the last month or so....
The Burton's lent us one of their chocolate fountains months ago and we finally threw a chocolate fountain party! Yes it was 4 or 5 months after we got the fountain, but still we finally did it. We had a bunch of people over from my program and we played games and ate lots.

School is... well it is going... Here are some pictures of me giving a shot for school.
This weekend my one of my groups for school did a project working with teens at a youth detention center and it was so great. The kids really listened and I think we left an impact on them. We did scare tactics by showing them different pictures of what can happen when you use drugs and I can honestly say they got into it. When the presentation started a lot of kids were sitting at the back of the room laughing and by the end they had all moved forward and were actively engaged, making comments and asking questions. We found out only 3 of the teens had a dentist so we are going to see if we can get some of them into our school to try and help them out. The center also liked the presentation so much they asked if we could come back every month!
Also this weekend Brett and I discovered the make your own superhero feature on the Marvel website. Not going to lie, we enjoyed trying the different costumes and weapons to put on our super hero selves. This is me as a super hero and here is Brett as a super hero. I couldn't think of a good name, but Brett thought of his name from the Ranger's Apprentice series.
One thing we have really tried to do this summer is get out and be more active. We have been playing tennis (which is NOT my best sport), basketball and soccer a lot which is a nice way to relax on the weekends. Also going to the Farmer's Market in Provo has been a favorite of ours. It reminds me of Oregon which I miss so much. Only 2 more months!
Also this summer my sister finished her Doctorate at BYU. She will be walking this August and it is crazy to think how much she has accomplished all while having 2 kids!
I thought it would be appropriate to throw in a retro picture of us and this was back when we lived in Arizona.
Also this month my Best friend Joanna graduated from University of Oregon. I am so excited for her to be done with school and to start that next stage of life.
