I guess I am studying too much. My poor husband is starved for attention and tonight is when I finally got the message. As I sat on our couch studying for my upcoming test, my husband kept quoting one of our favorite TV shows 30 Rock. Obviously not getting the reaction he wanted from me, Brett stood up and announced " I am going to go slip into something a little more comfortable." Again not listening I just nodded my head and agreed. Next thing I know, Brett comes out of the bedroom in a giant zip up fleece robe that was given to me by my old roommate Lindsey as a gag gift for my bridal shower. It is almost identical to this little gem here:
Brett had taken the bottom of the robe and tucked it into his underwear to look incredibly short like Devon Banks (Will Arnett) in 30 Rock when he tries to seduce Kenneth. Brett then proceeds to say "I altered this myself," and then practices his "karate" just like Devon Banks. Needless to say I was laughing so hard I was in tears. He looked absolutely ridiculous and the whole time he was in that robe he would not get out of character. So after tonight I have come to the following conclusions:
1. We watch/quote way too much 30 Rock and no one ever knows what we are talking about because they only watch The Office*
2. It is weird my husband can fit in a Women's robe
3. I definitely need to pay more attention to Brett and study less
* Side note on The Office.... I know I will get flack for this, but it is not as funny as 30 Rock. I could not find a clip of the scene Brett reenacted for me, but here is the closest I could find.

ok so apparently i overlooked this post because i haven't read it until now...but...FUNNY.
that's way funny and yes u study to much and yest 30 rock is way more creative and clever than the Office. although i <3 both.
so i have this nasty thing i got when i was 12..ish? its like a fleece footsie pajama outfit--only its shaped like a rectangle (no legs definition) and there are two holes on the bottom corners for your feet to pop out. I still have it for laughs, and i'm thinking it may have to meet up with your robe...
